Do you focus on “what makes you worry?” or “what terrorize you?”
If yes, you are on a wrong path, you should focus on “what is it you want to accomplish in life?” and see yourself “achieving that victory”
We all fear from our failures, we should be inspired by our failures because they are the proof that we are trying at every stage of life and they give us hope that tomorrow will be better as a result of our actions and hard work. Most of us live in stress and living in stress is living in survival, you have survived a lot so it’s time to be alive.
Say it to yourself “I will stand against all odds; I will fight against all odds and I will win”. Success is what happens to you after you have faced all your problems so be ready for a battle. When something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor so get to know “what is important for you in this life?”
When we lose or when we taste defeat, we tend to take support from drugs or alcohol. Life knocking you down does not mean that you can’t get up, you can always tell your mind that it’s not over yet. The solution to all your stress is “exercise”, when you physically move, your physiology changes, and that changes your brain.
A fighter is someone who tries once more whenever the mind says, “nothing can be done from here”, quitting is not an option for someone who dreams. Where we will be five years from now will depend on three things “Our learning habits, company we keep, and self believe”
Remember “against all odds and despite all the obstacles, we are going to make it”
