Feeling of sadness according to me refers to our mindset when we start losing interest in doing our work or when we are no more excited to do things that make us happy. Depression, pain, and frustration are all part of a process that eventually leads you to your destination. The thing that keeps one alive is hope, a great time is awaiting, good days are coming, and for everything to be fine soon.
When indifference increases to a certain extent, it becomes a disease of worry. A person starts to love death more than life, a part of our subconscious mind starts to love darkness and loneliness. We all face “humiliation” in our journey, sometimes when our heart gets filled with despair and abandon our work.
Our indifference is only for a short time, so we don’t recognize the loss from it but slowly it becomes our habit and then we start to feel depressed all the time. When we feel alone, we feel that there is no end to the darkness in our minds.
All you see is defeat, everything you try to do just kicks you right back in the face because you are feeling low about your strengths. Life is hard, life is challenging, full of ups and downs however the challenges you face will try their best to knock you down but do not let them be successful.
Your family, your friends, your team, and your life needs you so don’t be afraid while facing problems because they make you strong and courageous. Talk to your heart, talk to yourself and you will see that your inner self-talks to you about the problems you face, you just have to practice the art of talking to your soul.
