We all feel the same regarding our health, we are concerned about our health and want to be fit for a healthy lifestyle.
We always say that “we must walk every morning in order to be fit, medicine is not good for our body so we should do yoga and eat healthy food”. As we woke up the next day, we realize we missed the morning walk, so we give an excuse to our mind saying,
“The weather was not good today, if at all I got cold it would have been worse”. We are humans so we always give ourselves a belief saying, “We will see when the weather is fine, but we will definitely do the walk”.
Ask your mind once, you have been saying these excuses for a long time.
The main reason for all this is “Drowsy” nature, this is killing your habits, your routine, your actions, your future, and most importantly your dreams. Sleeping for 5 more minutes is not a problem, the problem is not to be true to your commitments and promises you made to yourself. If you remove this nature, your mind will encourage you to say, “this habit will spoil your dreams, no issue if weather is bad, let’s wear a jacket and start moving”.
Moving out of bed in the morning is the first positive thing, you need to listen to your mind and start your day with fulfilling a commitment because that will help your mind to understand your strength.
“You have the power of thought, but you don’t even recognize it”
Most of us sit in front of our TV (Internet nowadays) before sleeping, so we keep on ignoring time saying “let me just finish this series”, “this episode is last, will go to sleep once this ends” but we never realize that our “sleep is far more important than these web series”. They are making money out of that, but you are wasting the most precious time as this is the time when your body is getting ready for your next day.
No one ever realizes that low energy at office work, morning walk, and daily work at home reflects your less sleep, your body was not at complete rest last night still you always ask for hard work from your body the next day.
“Have the courage to pick up remote and switch off the TV saying, “TV is there to entertain, not to spoil my routine”
