In the world we are living in, all we want to hear is good about ourselves. We all want “Praise” from people around us, but we never realize that we hide our issues and mistakes looking for some kind of appreciation.
We might be fat, unhealthy, or short-tempered however if you are not real in knowing who you are, nothing is going to change! We surround ourselves with our loved ones or people who make us feel great, always praise us and tell us what we want to hear.
The problem is we don’t want anyone to comment on our mistakes and issues with our body, we don’t want to be uncomfortable or don’t want to bring a change in our life for a better tomorrow. You never need a person around who says “It’s ok, no issues” at your mistakes all the time, you want someone to push you, always convince you to achieve big and never settle for less than you are capable to achieve.
Health is everything in life, you will enjoy this life only if you are healthy. Money is important for survival however lying on a bed in the hospital with tons of money is just like trash. Let me give you an example for achieving a clear mindset regarding health
If you put bananas and money in Infront of a “Monkey”, obviously the monkey will choose bananas because the monkey is not aware that money can buy a lot of bananas. In reality, if you put “Money” and “Health” in front of a “Human”, more chances are that human will choose money because not many people try to understand that “Health” can bring more “Money” and “Happiness”.
I strongly believe that a lot of people are living about 50% of their capabilities, a lot of these never try to unleash their real potential because “their unhealthy habits and mindset do not allow them to identify their talent”. You have to focus on your health and diet, your mind is as productive as your body.
“Your mind is the driver of your body, if you don’t keep your body and mind healthy then you are inviting accidents only to be on that death bed very soon”
