I am sure most of us have faced this question or this thought has crossed our mind once in our life. Have you ever asked this to yourself and tried to find an answer?
“Why ‘Monday’ is depressing and not a blessing?”
This is quite simple to understand however I will try to talk as per our mindset that is creating all this depression on a beautiful ‘Monday’ morning. The level of complaining we have to ourselves and to others is at its peak on ‘Monday’. This mindset has been created by our work culture where we are always taught that our week starts on ‘Monday’ and ends on ‘Friday’.
So basically, since childhood, we have learned to have fun on weekends and work on weekdays however the culprit in our mind is ‘Monday’ because that day ends our weekends and starts our work again.
‘Monday’ is just a day but according to our mindset, this day is taking us back to our work. We work on other days also like till Friday however no one feels as low as they feel on ‘Monday’, the reason is simply that we get in a flow of waiting for ‘Friday’ and forget to worry a little so other days are not so impacted by our mindset.
“To make you clear, if we are doing what we really want or we love what we do then there is no depressing ‘Monday’, only blessing week. Depression or feeling de-motivated is only for those who are doing what they hate”
Think about this is last ‘Monday’ of your life –
Will you still complain about daily issues?
Will you put your head down and say “oh God it’s Monday?
Will you do not enjoy the work you do to achieve your dreams?
“Take a step back and think about how awesome ‘Monday’ actually is and then recognize that you can achieve anything in this world if you are going in the right direction of the life you always wanted to live”
