REAL HEROES

MOTHER

Motherlove is special to all of us and most of us appreciate the care we receive from our mother, however, “Are we really doing enough to make her happy, make her proud or make her feel alive?”
Today I will share a small story of a Mother’s sacrifice –
There was a boy, quite good-looking and young. As he was a year old his father passed away in an accident and he used to live with his mother. The mother of that child did not have an eye, so she didn’t look good. When the child was young, he used to love his mother a lot however as he grew up, he started to realize that his mother is not good looking and he is ashamed of her mother.
He does not go to school with his mother because he thought that if he took his mother with him, then he would face humiliation. His mother used to get upset with all this still she never told anything to her son and kept loving her more and more. As his son grew older, he started making fun of his mother and used to comment on her bad face. His mother used to listen to all this and used to cry alone but never revealed the truth.
Son got married and the wife always asks him to shift somewhere else because she feels ashamed of her mother’s face as she did not have an eye. So finally, one day that son drove his mother out of the house. Now that mother was living alone somewhere and was barely going through life because she was old.
Time passed and that son’s 40th birthday arrived, as always, her mother remembered his birthday so this time she sent a letter and flowers to his son. The letter started with “Birthday Wishes” and a dark secret yet to be revealed.
It was something like this –
Son, I know I don’t have an eye and I look bad however let me tell you something today “You were only 6 months old and you fell down from the bed. There were a lot of toys on the surface and one of those toys hurt your eye badly. I rushed to the hospital, but the doctor said that one of your eye is defective and the only solution is that someone should donate the eye. Without thinking, I asked to take my eye and give it to you.
Last words from that mother “I have not done you a favor, but I would like to say one thing that ‘mother can be ugly but not bad’, be happy and successful”

Friends and all those who are reading “she is the one with whom you can share everything even bad times, she will always smile and say that everything will be fine no matter if the situation is bad”
