Trust in a relationship is of the utmost importance as it allows for both partners to feel safe, to be fully accepted, and free expression leads to deeper connection and a greater understanding of one’s self and partner, further leading to growth and expansion.
Without trust, a relationship will not last. Trust is one of the cornerstones of any relationship—without it, two people cannot be comfortable with each other and the relationship will lack stability. If you don’t have trust, you won’t believe your partner, even about something small like going for lunch with a friend. This will lead to tons of arguments and unhappiness, which will begin to wedge its way between you.
Trust issues often come from early life experiences and interactions. These experiences often take place in childhood. Some people do not get enough care and acceptance as children. Others are abused, violated, or mistreated so as an individual, one needs to identify the issues in a relationship and both partners should work together as a team to get that relationship healthy for longer run.

“Build Trust Slowly. It is important to trust people enough to allow them into your life and in some cases to forgive them for mistakes of past to build a new world together.
