STRESS

Maybe a lot of you are unaware but let me tell you that “hormones of stress create disease in our body”. We don’t feel it now but believe me these are long-term effects as our thoughts could make us sick. We all have options at every stage of life, if our thoughts could make us sick then it’s also possible that our thoughts could make us well. In simple words “You have to stop yourself from watering dead plants.”
 
Stress is “trying to get more done than you have time to do”, stress is a feeling we all experience when we are challenged. Stress takes birth in our mind and travels to our entire body parts, if stress is taken for a certain amount of time then it starts to change our mindset.
Stop picking up shit that is not yours
Stop picking up worries that are not related to you
Stop picking negativity that is not yours
Good things happen in your life when you surround yourself with positive people. The short-term stress is easy to handle because you get back to normal senses in a short time however if you have a co-worker sitting next to you and all day long talking about negativity then the stress is for the long run resulting in disease. 
No human in this world can live in an emergency mode for that extended period of time, you have to take a deep breath and calm yourself down. Don’t wait for things to change or situations to become better, learn to change your time. Trust yourself as you have survived a lot and you will survive whatever is coming because you are born to achieve big and not for this mediocre life.
